RE: Emacspeak with Eflite



Usually C-e d 1 (or 2 etc.) or the C-e d r (250 etc.) change the speech rate,
But I'm also sometimes experience weird eflite behavior such as slowed down
speech when I'm in a certain buffer or doing a certain task.
