I think Meadow<http://www.meadowy.org/meadow> is a track caret feature support.
Meadow1.xx is a emacs 20.7 and Meadow2.xx (beta) is like a emacs 21.1.
I use Meadow2 And JAWS for Windows 4.5(Japanese edition)
