Ahh but how convenient they become. Confusing I suppose at the
beginning but how it easy it is to point to different versions of even
whole directories and merely a new ln command will perform an
immediate cut over to a new version of an installation. When doing an
'ls' command, 'ls -l' will show sym links for you; you might already
know this but I thought I'd mention it in case you're interested.
