Dear raman,
I observed that it is there by default.
But When I tried to activate it the error is that "speaker process is not
running" I followed all the instructions. And I even went to the extent of
checking the components like tk tclx and so on. Now please suggest me what
I should do. One thing is that Emacspeak usage in India is very less and I
am trying to use and to popularise. With best regards.

it's a bogus question since FC2 actually installs Emacspeak (albeit an older
