Hi
I don't believe that you might use festival with emacspeak just
like that. Indeed emacspeak is not a festival client and
the festival server won't understand the emacspeak requests !
I personally developed an interface between emacspeak and festival that
you can find at :
http://www.pollock-nageoire.net/efm
but I'm sorry this version is now out of date and even if
I'm working on a new version it is not yet availabel.
