I have been working on tuning the tts. I wanted to see if this is what
you had in mind.
The original settings that were changed are commented:

I've not yet made any changes to anything over a5.
I still think the setting for a1, voice-bolden, is too low. If someone
creates a www page that has a passage done in bold, it can be annoying.
I have left it this low since the frequency of this is low and to bring
it any higher will make the setting for a2 worthless.
I have searched for articles concerning tuning tts engines, but I have
found nothing. If you know of anything, please let me know.
