Emacspeak discussion list

Perfect, thanks! Is there a reason the repo doesn't have a list of 
dependencies? If it's just a matter of time and priorities, I can go ahead 
and write one up and share here to be incorporated. I just want to make sure 
that it's not because of something I'm overlooking.
