Emacspeak discussion list

The widget library not loading was just a symptom. 
emacspeak-prepare-emacs isn't completing, because 
Info-file-list-for-emacs isn't defined.

From what I can tell, that's defined in info.
I'm not sure what's supposed to be loading it.
