1. That is a warning not a error, and it is harmless.
2. It is coming from Emacs not Emacspeak or Swiftmac.
3. Swiftmac does not in any way depend on python.

Are you have a specific issue you are trying to debug? Whatever it is
I think you are looking in the wrong place.
