Emacspeak discussion list

Hey everyone,
I basically live in Emacs now. I have learned so much through the past week! 
I started using IDO as it proves to be very useful when navigating especially 
the file system, however one thing that distracts me is that on every change 
of the completion list, Emacspeak reads the closest match. I mean, its a very 
good feature overall but since I know my file system very well I'd like that 
disabled. Is it possible
?
