Victor Tsaran has pointed out that only some of the available speech
servers can be loaded with the command ctrl-e d d in emacspeak 11.0.
In fact, none of the servers in the emacspeak-ss package are included
in the list. I would appreciate having these added:
accent, apollo, braillenspeak, ciber, doubletalk, hablado.
A patch appears below.
