RE: DAISY reader et al

Personally, I'd be happy with the book in xml format - I can then use
one of the many tools (or write one!) to parse the file and output it
in the format I want. While it has been some time since I spoke to
anyone at O'Reilly, one problem which did exist was that many of their
"older" titles were not in xml format and it was only their newer ones
which were using xml (docbook I think?). 

I think html would possibly be a fairly good format for most - of
course, info/texi would be quite nice <grin>
