Hi, you're really going to be, well, I hope not, furious with me over
this one. If one wants to write a computer science text for
publication either with O'riley or any other publisher, is there any
requirements such as institutional affiliation or anything else, or
should you just go ahead and do it like the texts you read and then
mark it up in XML?
