- Support classic emacspeak style logging by using the log variant
- Fixes null line handling (thanks Tyler)
- Clamps volume and rate (thanks Tyler)
- Patches emacspeak to pass in SHARPWIN_AUDIO_TARGET

Various other updates, README.md improvements (still very raw), started
some of the steps to contribute this back to emacspeak, not there yet,
but closer than I expected.

Sincere thanks to everyone testing and giving feedback.
