I will likely dive in and fix them because the rewrite is going slower than I 
expected, since I have to do a lot of stuff manually that we used to get for 
free... plus I just realized how the python server used sync to trigger 
mid-line interjections for doing some things. 

Thinking about it, I am not completely sure what the right way to pronounce 
HelloWorld should be with pitch shift, as the pitch shift can't happen 
intraword, is the expectation split caps? 

What is the "right" way to do it.
