time-less-p symobol's definition is void?

It turns out you will need the (require 'time-date)
in both emacs 21.2 and 21.3 (but not in 21.3.5 which is my default
emacs at present)--- the 21.3.5 from GNU CVS does have the autoload
 for time-less-p

I'll go ahead and add (require 'time-date) to emacspeak-speak.el for now.
